If you are an active member or pensioner and have Electronic Consent on file, we can send communication through e-mail. If we do not have Electronic Consent on file and you would like to have it set up, please complete, and submit the form linked below. We welcome members to pick up communication directly from the HRM Pension Plan Office, during our office hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-4:30PM) if preferable over e-mail or regular mail delivery. If you are a pensioner and receiving your monthly pension payments via cheque, we encourage you to submit direct deposit information to ensure no disruption in your pension payments moving forward.
